Our founder, Patricia, grew up in a home where wellness was second nature, being raised by two GP doctor parents who believed in the power of daily supplements and a balanced lifestyle. Multivitamins were part of her routine from day one. But it wasn’t until facing anaemia as an adult that she truly felt the impact of what the right supplement can do. Energy, clarity, confidence; all restored with consistency and the right formulation.

This experience sparked numoss: a brand built to make clean, effective, science-backed supplements,  made to fit into your busy 'on the go' lifestyles.

Rachel is a State Registered Dietitian with a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science from King’s College London, where she specialised in Nutrition. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association and regulated by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals regulated by law in the UK. They are governed by strict clinical standards as well as ethical. They are uniquely qualified to assess, diagnose and support dietary and medical conditions across both healthy and clinical clients.

Rachel leads her own practice in Harley Street and serves as Numoss Chief Nutritionist and we are very happy to have her as part of our team. She works closely with our manufacturer and team to continuously refine our formulas and guide new product development; ensuring every sea moss-powered gummy is grounded in science, precision, and the latest advancements gut health research in the UK.
