Subscription Policy

We’re so glad you’re making numoss part of your daily wellness ritual. This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription service works, your rights, and how you can make changes or cancel at any time.
1. How It Works
When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive your chosen numoss products delivered to your door automatically at the frequency you select (e.g. monthly). Payments are taken in advance of each shipment using your chosen payment method.
2. Billing & Payments

Your subscription will be billed automatically on the date of your first order and will renew at your selected delivery interval.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

If your payment method fails, we’ll notify you by email and retry the payment. If it still fails after several attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
3. Delivery
We currently ship subscription orders to UK addresses only.
Delivery timelines depend on your chosen frequency, but we aim to ship within 1–3 working days of payment being processed.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

Changes made after your billing date will apply to your next scheduled order.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. If your order has already been processed, it will be shipped as planned and the cancellation will apply from the following cycle.
6. Refunds
Our standard 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to subscription purchases. If you’re not happy with your product, contact us at hello@numoss.co and we’ll make it right.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the subscription service will mean you accept the updated terms.
