2. Purchases and Payments

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order, with a full refund provided if this occurs.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship orders within 48 hours. Standard UK shipping is available at a flat rate, with delivery usually 3-5 days. Express UK shipping takes 1-3 business days. We also ship internationally, to a select number of countries, which we will be expanding on soon.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us to initiate the process, however please note that return delivery costs is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All rights to the numoss logos and taglines are owned by Mossa Wellness Co limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

By purchasing products from numoss you agree to the following terms and conditions, regarding the restriction on resale of our numoss products on Amazon.co.uk or any other Amazon platforms nor on other online stores without our consent.
